Together with a small group of Sierra Club volunteers, we made a micro-site discussing the history of water conservation over the last 100 years, and Sierra Clubs partnership. It explores water consumption over the last 100 years, and the effects on Indigenous people, early Angelenos, wildlife, and conservation efforts.

INTERACTIVE EDUCATION

Our goal was to bring the history of Los Angeles water to life, through an interactive web experience. Users can explore 5 primary regions to see the how the control of water changed and the effects it had.

GRAPHIC ILLUSTRATIONS

Each illustration is an original design based on old photographic examples. The illustrations help to narrate the story as they move along the interactive timeline year after year.
